Encore un projet estampillé Wu. Alors que Rae et GFK sont dans les starting-blocks pour la sortie de la suite d’”Only Built 4 Cuban Linx”, les deux potes annoncent un nouveau projet. Cette fois, ils sont rejoints par Method Man. “Meth et Rae attendaient cette occasion depuis deux ans. Pour le moment, le disque n’a pas encore de nom, ni de date de sortie précise, mais il est bel et bien d’actualité”, a déclaré Ghostface. Il y a déjà “twelve phat bullets” prêtes. Elles attendent sagement de sortir du chargeur du crew de Staten Island…

Le rappeur du Wu donne des indices sur son nouvel opus. Raekwon a dévoilé la tracklist de la suite de son classique “Only Built 4 Cuban Linx” au magazine Hip Hop Chronicle. Et une chose est sûre : le disque s’annonce lourd. Si les surprises ne viennent pas du casting de rappeurs invités, c’est la liste des producteurs qui soulève les fans. Dr. Dre, J Dilla, The Alchemist, RZA… Bref, que du beau monde. Seul bémol : le duo Raekwon/Nas tant espéré est absent…
